Since then she had written many poems, short stories and letters about her life growing up in Hamilton, Ohio and the adventures she and her four sisters and two brothers experienced. Many of Patty's writings are poignant and touching, portraying a picture of life when American was just coming out of two wars and a major depression. Patty is the mother of four daughters, grandmother of nine grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren. She lives in Florida with her oldest daughter where she enjoys painting, writing and the warm Florida sunshine.
